My Experience in AIAS



The America Institute of Architecture assimilator AIAS of fastness Lauderdale is a non-profit scholarly person organization that extends nation wide. I am a member in this organization since 2006; our Fort Lauderdale chemical base counts with twelve members from BCC, FAU, and PBCC. We are a small group of people with interchangeable skills who found our selves responsible for a commonplace mission and goal. Our mission is to promote excellence in our computer architecture education, training, and practice and our goal is to create a sense of union among students in order to create an impact on the alliance as a whole.

We were a successful group of student voices who cooperate, criticize, communicate and treated to a forum. [Our organization were formed since 1956 and architectural Record magazine reports on the progress of the new and first gear national organization representing students in all the architecture schools. The formation developed in quartet floors. The first was the Forming stage otherwise known as the in which we were uncertain about our roles and who to trust . The following stage was Storming which is a time when members learn about ground rules discussed then corroborate by the leader. The third stage of our development was Norming, a stage of working together to reach our goals. Lastly, the Performing stage is think on solving any problems that arise. This stage is critical for getting the project done on time and completing the goal. Our group had a sense of unity that went through developmental stages.
