As a health apprehension Administrator there argon a ton of trustworthy traits you need to be successful in this field. If you dont necessarily grant all of the traits required it doesnt consider you will fail, it just means you would stomach to work harder to reign these traits. As an assignment Dr. Broide asked us to complete a suss out and compare our results to the personality traits that work well in the wellness Care Administration field.
The highest score on the survey that was veritable by me was sociable; the score was a thirty-three. Having solid social skills in this field is a must. As a health Service Manager we will oversee Medical attendants, Assistant Health Services Mangers, etc. We will have to be hot at interacting with those individuals to get good updates and work out au pasttic everything is running smoothly. Having good social skills can also attention by making you a good leader, if you are good at getting the point you need to get across, then the people who you supervise can better belowstand you.
With social skills it states that you are good at giving advise, this is a good advantage, so when an employee comes up to us with a situation you have to be able to maintain the situation and take it under control.
The next highest score on the survey received by me was industrious; the score was a thirty-one. This is also great to have in the field of Health Care Administration, because it says that in enterprising that you like to persuade and lead others, making decisions, and taking risks for profit. As a manager you have to oversee the work of others as well as dealing with your everyday tasks. In the Health Care profession you have to be keen and make sure you try not to make any mistakes. You are not only obligated for your job, but you are responsible for the ones you lead.
