As we all know, the Pueblo Revolt occurred in 1680 and it was an regulart were indigenous tribes of the newfound Mexico area came together to riot against the Spanish government and for a few years success fullyy managed to revive their old impost and their old religious beliefs before the Spanish government re-conquered them, erst again, and put an end to their ways of life.
        The scruple that has historians pondering is non what occurred during the revolt, the real question is what caused the pueblo revolt? This question is not a very difficult one to answer right of the bat, the first off gear thing that comes to mind is that the Pueblo Indians were suffering suppression from the Spaniards, they must remove been treated bad and thus they revolted against the upper class. all the same, the answer to this question is not that simple, it has a very complex answer that even today it is not yet clear. There are those who argue that Pueblo Indian and Spaniards developed a mutually beneficial relationship before exterior forces separate them apart in the 1660s and 1670s and those who see a long stand up antagonistic relationship made worse by the events of the 1600s and 1670s (Q.3 p128). In the readings in that respect are clearly those who fall under the first category and those who fall in the second category; inclusively there are authors that fall in between.
