It besides describes the way Darius came to be king and some of the new changes he implemented. Also includes the tributes that Persia received from neighbouring tribes, countries and conquered cities. He also describes who the tribes are, what are the tribes sending as tribute to Darius and where they are from and how often they need to send tribute. Herodotus describes what the tribes looked same and some of their customs. Herodotus explains the Indians to be very barbaric, uncivilized and uncultured, his deferred payment to them being standardized wild animals by having sex in public is just one way that Herodotus puts down the Indians. Another way that Herodotus has no credibility for the accusation of the Indians shooting out black seeded player is just absurd and wrong.
