Ethical Treatment of Prisoners
In a hone world, all rights that one possesses should be protected; however, wartime emergen-
cies are all the way not part of such a perfect world.(Mosser, 2010) Ethical: refers to a standard of moral actions that any human posses, acts on, or manner in which one behaves. Philosophers have a bent grass of theories that expand on, or explain their concepts of what is defined as ethics, (Deontology, Kantian Principles, Consequentialism, Utilitarianism, Virtue Ethics, and Relativism).
Here we will identify several(a) abuses of war-time Prisoners and Detainees, as well as alleged criminals; partially, as stipulated in the Geneva Convention, first signed August 12, 1949. [See attached PDF Hand-Out for inside information of the Geneva Convention, with current amendments].
