I have chosen the teaching profession principally because I love the behavior of amazement a fry has on his or her face when you are explaining something to them and it just clicks, how they look at you like you are the smartest person in the world. I had wonderful teachers growing up who invariably made me odor safe and like they premeditationd, I want to give separate kids that same feeling through teaching. When my youngest was going to public school, I volunteered in his classroom a lot and I always had the best time working with the children and showing them new things, its what made me decide to pursue a career as a teacher.
2. Please give 3 examples of how you will behave your classroom
To start, you need an amouring curriculum, one that will keep the kids interest so they do not get bored or restless. So that would be my first duty before I even meet the children to plan a fun, interesting and edifying curriculum. Secondly, I would establish 3-5 ground swayers that would apply to everyone in the class, and let the kids know that the rules are to be followed at all clock or they will get a consequence and I would explain the consequences, like the first time a rule would be broken would be to put their head on the desk etc..
However, the lodge of consequences would depend on the action of the scholar. Third, I would net it a point to get to know all my students, so they can all feel like I care about them individually.
3. How would you handle a student that is being irreverent to another student & how would you show or teach that student that everyone deserves respect?
I would first separate the students that are having a problem and would talk to them separately and quietly so we wouldnt have any more conflict over what rattling happened- best to avoid the s/he did this…. No I didnt scenario. To explain to a student that everyone deserves respect would greatly depend on the age of the students.
