Problem Statement:
Karen Leary did not know how to buy the farm in detail by line item her goals and expectations for the newborn Taiwanese financial consultant in going into and maturation the Taiwanese market. She also failed to obtain the proper education and friendship of the Taiwanese customs and traditions as it pertains to business so that she could be successful in that market.

Analysis:
We wanted to start the synopsis out by saying that we believe Karen Leary to be a passionate person who is excited about what she does and has proven her ego to be a high performer.
