Due to recent un honest practices being use by our competitors, an Ethical
Leadership Seminar (focusing on ‘Ethical Responsibilities’) entrust be scheduled ASAP.

Accenture expects that we must display a weapons-grade commitment to ourselves and to our
communities when it comes to conducting blood in an ethical manner. Recently,
our competitors have make damaging errors when it came time to make certain
headache decisions as their actions have proven to be unethical. We must make it a
point to distance ourselves from this type of unscrupulous behavior. We need to
actuate our line of business partners, consumers, and the public that here, at Accenture, we
do not consequence our business practices lightly; we are the best because we choose to be.

This seminar testament focus on how the leaders (all Upper instruction and VP’s) within
our organization will be able to dramatically ontogeny their abilities to manage the
ethical aspects of their warm department. The seminar will be disconnected down into
3 separate categories:

& bulls eye;Determining what cultivation skills are needed to analyze and address ethical issues.




•How to provide ethical leadership within and throughout their immediate department and, ultimately, the entire organization.
•Review current ethical standards regarding Accenture’s ‘values/aspects’ which allow for us to conduct business in a responsible/ethical manner.

Upper Management/Vice Presidents are required to attend this seminar. Details regarding the take care and time will be sent out as ASAP once finalized.

We must reiterate to the public that our business ethics are based upon our leaders within the organization. Our business decisions will never be based on misconduct.
