Staying indoors our given compute.
Making sure the staff is well incite to move forward. Ensuring the customers that our food is better than the competition. Keeping the menu as seasonal, and fresh as possible. Containing a good supplier base, as well as customer base to insure competitory prices.

We plan to reach out to the community by go weekly cooking classes to the public. Also we are offering externships to the students of the surrounding culinary schools. We will do seasonal seminars at schools to show what is in season local and fresh from the area, and the umpteen applications it can be used in.
